...Or not...
I was driving around downtown and saw this... At first it appeared to be a raid on the building behind the cops... by the time I pulled around the block to set up to take some pics, however, this is what I got... lol
I did manage to get a shot (not a good one, mind you) of what did appear to be a bust a few blocks away...

They didn't even notice you shooting pictures at them? Not very diligent cops... |

It didn't even occur to be that they might see me until I was about finished shooting... Actually, that might have been why I stopped... LOL...
The one guy on the left may have noticed me once or twice... |

I stopped to take pictures of a traffic stop one...I was on parallel street up a hill, behind the trees, and the cops saw me, let the guy go and came chasing after me.

I was in Chicago today for a photo school field trip, and a cop pulled some guy over. I walked over to ask if I could take a picture, and the cop said something like, "I'd rather you not, now get away!"

No, but he caught up to me in the parking lot as I was pulling out, asked me a ton of questions, I asked him if I was free to go, I didn't commit a crime...he said "you're right, you didn't or else you'd be sitting in the back of my car right now" ... then proceeded to follow me heh.
