What software do you guys recommend for reducing the noise on a picture?

I heard a lot of good things about Noise Ninja, and its a plugin for PS, but does it come in PSElements as well?

I think Elements (and several other programs as well) can use plug-ins writen for Photoshop.

Are you on a Mac or PC? The only NR programs I've heard of for the Mac are Noise Ninja and NeatImage.

On a PC there are several other NR alternatives, including some which are free or cheap. I use one called PictureCooler which used to be free, but I hear now costs $25. I suggest searching at cNet's Download.com site and read the user reviews there first.
