I have a vector image, but need to add lines. I am using photoshop. I have drawn a path, then 'strock path', and this works, however the line created ins't resizable without quality loss. Any way to create a resizable line in photoshop.

yes, if u use the pen tool. once selected there are options in the top bar.
select the first one, hover over it should be called shape layers.
These will be resizable lines until u raterize the layer.
hope this helps.

Yeah, I used the pen to create a path, then stroked the path, but the stroke wasn't a shape. I want to create just one line. I could create a 2d shape for the line, but a simple line would be easier.. if that makes sense.
So I am not sure.. i wonder if you didn't understand my question, or else I didn't understand your answer.

ok,
next to the pen icon in the tool sidebar. You can select the line tool. U may have to click and hold to get the line tool. Now use the same icon at the top called shape layers. Draw your line now. This is a vector line.

allright, I have found that, but it just creates a straight line. I want to be able to curve it a bit.

hmm I'm not sure you can drag and curve a line in photoshop. You'll need Illustrator for that. |

| If the line is a vector path, you can add more points to it and 'draw out' from a point to create a line which determines the amount and direction of curve. |

there is a transform tool in the pen tools that looks something like "<" that. click one of the points and drag to make a curve
