Thanks EVERYONE for your prayers and thoughts.
My dad is still in CCU and they have a heart cat scheduled for tomorrow. We don't know what time, they said it could be anytime tomorrow. They were going to wait till Monday but his cardiologist felt is would be best to do it tomorrow. He is resting well and comfortably and in stable condition but closely monitored.
I know it's going to be hectic for the next few days not knowing what caused the problem and what they are planing on doing for him. If you don't mind please continue your prayers. I thank God and my savior Jesus Christ for friends like everyone of you.

Scott, When I pray, I try to always use scripture to undergird my prayers. This is one of the scriptures that I depend on most to guide the rest of my prayers.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. ( Phillipians 4:6-7)
Do not neglect the part about giving thanks. It is a mystery, but thanksgiving is a vital part of effective prayer.
May you and your family receive the blessing of God's promise in this troubling time.
