Make some friends - it sounds as if you are lonely and need some people ( other than us) to cheer you up and take you out for a beer and a laugh!

Being a vet is a great choice of career so stick with it. 35 years ago I wanted to follow this career but unfortunately my science stinks!

BTW what does "17 hours" mean? 17 hours of lectures? Do you have to do some form of foundation course?

In the UK veterinary surgeons just do a five or six year degree course studying veterinary subjects so they qualify at about 24 years of age. Come over and study in the UK!!!
