In order to purchase a Gift Subscription, the respective page provides a text field for a code. Does anyone know, what the code is or where to get one, since, without it, the page does not forward?

The box for 'promotional code' is only if you have a discount code -- otherwise, you just leave it blank.

If I leave it blank, the page simple won't forward! It just refreshes and I'm still stuck....

I just tried it, and it worked fine. Can anyone else confirm this?

My apologies and thanks for trying, drew and marbo. I've since found out (and reported) this bug is with Safari only. Link works fine in Netscape et al.
I still have a question, however. The ensuing PayPal page display the same form as it does for a regular subscription. How is it possible to indicate a purchaser as distinct from the beneficiary. Apparently, PayPal will NOT accept payment via the same card, if a (separate) account already exists, i.e. the donor's.
Thanks...

When you buy a gift subscription, you are given a gift code to give to the receiver. That person will then enter that gift code when registering or upgrading his or her account.

Thanks. Back to the drawing board then. |
