With Wilma on her way I'd just like to tell you Floridians be safe and good luck.
And remember, there's no need to suffer for your art.
Unless it'll be a really really really good shot. I'm kidding, be safe. |

I lived in Florida all my life. Never suffered any real damage in any of the hurricanes ( I lived about 20 miles west of Orlando). But I can tell you Im glad to be out of that mess and chaos when it does hit. Evacuations, power outages, tornadoes and the like.
God be with you people! |

Looks like much of nothing for my end of Florida and friends on the other end are hanging on. Thanks for the thought :)

I am assuming you live in North Florida? Yeah, nothing but evacuees flooding the place. And guess what? If it wipes out southern Florida they will be your new residents soon.
I'm in east Tennessee and we have a ton of homeless evacuees living here now. The hotels/apartment complexs all are busy dealing with it and we are quite a distance from Louisiana. |

Hi Kelly. Yeah, I'm near St. Augustine. We'll be fine, but I don't really want all of the south up here, so maybe I'll come up there, I have family in Tenn.!! :) Just kidding, I love it here so I'm hanging on.

If anyone needs to evacuate feel free to come up here. Big water, beaches, remote beauty, forests, rivers, waterfalls; everything needed for a relaxing evacuation.
Did I mention it's going to snow tonight? |

I'm in Panama City and it looks we shouldn't get anything from it....for once! It seems like everything was pointing at us at first from the others ones but then thanksfully, for us, they moved more to the west.

You may have just helped me choose my first weekend destination, +3 FL. I'll just wait until the winds subside. |
