If I was still on the SC, I'd vote "yes", but I'd like to get an "official" ruling on the HotPixel plug-in. Can it be used in Basic Editing challenges? This is a type of noise-reduction (akin to Neat Image, but with a more specific purpose) that operates on the entire image.
