I just discovered an interesting and very exciting place called Craters of the Moon National Monument, situated in south-central Idaho. I went there recently with my family. We were only there for a few hours, but I managed to get a few photos, in addition to exploring a very groovy place. We're going back soon!

Isn't it amazing how so few people ever find this treasure? The first time I wandered through there with a camera, I drove home and bought a much wider angle lens! THEN I kept making excuses to go back! NICE shots, David!

I think that's because it is right near of so many other areas, namely Yellowstone and The Grand Tetons. Those are great places, too, but I'd never been to Craters before. We spent 6 hours there and my family all wants to go again soon to explore more caves and see the other things there.
