Hello all,
I looked through the rules and the forums but am not finding the answer. I know we can use curves, but is color balance adjusting (photoshop) close enough to curves to be allowed?
Thanks!!

Color balancing is fine as long as it effects all pixels of the photo.

Well, it's like levels, but it is not levels - it is a different command in photoshop (called "color balance" and gives three sliders for different complementary colors).
But it looks like Tranquil gave the answer I was hoping for. If I understand, I can use it on the entire image but cannot select just the sky to make it more blue. I have to increase the blue in the entire image.
If this is right - thank you!
