I have the Nikon 7600 but I see other cameras with add on lenses. Do I haVE A GOOD CAMERA TO TAKE PHOTOS

One of the site's favourites is Joey Lawrence who made much of his earlier work on a beast much simpler than the 7600.
Good pictures are a combination of the idea, the preparation, and the processing. There are always more expensive camera but these do not make photos good, they only provide some extra tools to help you. Very few people NEED to take 8 shots per second, add on extra flashes, take pictures during an earthquake (image stablization), or have a zoom beyond 3x.
The only reason to move up is if you feel you have used your existing camera to its maximum ability and need a more capable tool to achieve your goals.

And the picture. I have a Nikon Coolpix 5200 and I love (most of) the pictures I take with it.
But here's my advice: READ THE MANUAL. There aren't many manual functions (no aperture or shutter speed setting) so you're going to have to learn to change other settings to manipulate your shutter speed.
