There was a really good documentary on the construction of this bridge on Discovery or TLC and month or so ago. It's located in southern France, and is the highest bridge in the world. You can get more info at: click here

The stitching job is lousy, but WOW, what a spot !!!!!!
I would love to see a better photo of this place!
