Over at BestFoto, they must be thinking of just have a DPChallenge category for Picture of the day because somebody from here always seems to be on the front page. Today there are two! John Setzler for his beautiful B & W portrait of siblings. (Must still be working on that album for Grandma!) And Franziska Lang for a wonderful Feather Macro that formerly finished fourth in the Texture challenge here.

Great going! Gotta remember to send them something...

John, that shot has a great look -- did you use blended layers or shoot it that way? It reminds me of that one I took of Isaac and Hannah for DPC, so now I'm inspired to try it in B+W...or maybe a vignette in sepia...
