for a marine body for my D70 I was looking at the ewa-marine U-AX but this is something I just don't know anything about. I Would like to use if for underwater photography (obviously) Thanks for the comments.

I have tons of good ideas...just none about your area of interest at this time. If you would like to hear some of my other good ideas though, I would be happy to share those.

In other words, "Underwater Housings for D70" would have been a MUCH better Subject.

Unfortunately, you're not the only one who uses vague subjects instead of spending a few seconds to think "how can I summarize this topic in 6 or 7 words to make it meaningful?"

Sorry I can't help you with your question.

I have the U-AX and use it with my D70. Its a great bargin IMO, but there are a few things to consider. First you must use an internal focus lens. I use the Nikon 12-24 and the 18-35 the most. The 12-24 must be used past 15mm. A great thing about the 12-24 is that the lens doesn't change length, unlike the 18-35 which has a tendency to zoom when the flexable housing is pushed in. I've really wanted to try the Sigma 20 f1.8 which seems ideal for the housing, but didn't want to make the jump without seeing the lens in person.

Its also great for just going out in the rain.

Heres a not so great photo that I took for the ring challenge..
