This is my entry that place #22 in Ground up. Thanks all for the votes.

I took a suggestion and cloned a guy out of the booth in the back. Also. could you all tell me if you think this shows up with enough contrast? my monitor at home shows it a lot darker than mine at work. just wondering.

The cloning was a good idea. The contrast seems fine for me.

Why is this not a "removal of major element" case?

Good clone job. Brightness is fine. Just for the heck of it I ran it through photoshop "skew" function to square the verticals, and experimented with using selective color to add some yellow to the lights themselves. Plus a little USM.

The actual entry included the guy; he's done this after the challenge. However, I doubt the guy would be considered a "major element" anyway, you have to look pretty closely to see him.

If you think thats a major element, I'd hate to see what you think a minor one is *wink*

Bear, did you also crop that a little bit? Whatever you did, it sure made the fixture kind of pop out didn't it? Thanks for the tip on the skew. Not sure if Elements can do that trick. I'll check later.

The skew tool did a reverse keystone, made it into a wedge wider at the top than at the bottom, so cropping had to be done to make it rectangular, yes. When I was using selective color I pured up the reds a hair also, that may have made a difference, I donno.

would the skew tool be a legal use in the member challenges?
