my take on this (as she casts two pennies into the circle...)
if the object's primary purpose/use is for use as a mirror, then it's a mirror (glass, metal, what have you.) imo, this would include that chicago thing that serves as a piece of art, but we all really know that the big draw is that it's a really big mirror that people like to stand in front of and make silly faces into.
it an object happens to be reflective but it's primary use is not as a mirror (sunglasses, tinted building sides, liquid, etc.), then i'm going to be open minded when viewing submissions and will have lots of fun enjoying your creativity!
