Sorry, I know these suck, but I'm bored---
If you had to pick one-- would it be "Soft"-- or "Sharp"???

I was bored, I cant take a good pic of myself, sorry...

Save the soft look for your wife ... the sharp one looks better on you.

With this particular background the softer one has a better feel for me. If your gonna sharp with a shot like this maybe go high key all the way.
Just my take... |

Second one, but lose the glasses - there's a weird reflection (is that the background?) next to your right eye (our left).

I like the sharp one too!
Re glasses - go for laser, worth every penny and much better than contacts!
Re the beard - is this the fully grown version or is it in its infancy?
Re the shirt _ ummm - no! (:)))
Re the cap - lose it
