Any suggestions on my attempt at burning/dodging, its a new trick for me Im still in the playpen when it comes to these 2 tools... cheers.

appears to be a bit overdone toward the upper right corner ( yellowish area ) and there is a fair bit of grain.

Thanx for the input.. its a very tricky proccess this being dogy and burny. I got a bit of spare time right now so im going for it.

You're really close to something very cool. I can't quite put my finger on it...but I really like the feeling of this shot/edit. As mentioned, a little over cooked (the background banding/turning yellow), and looks like possibly some sharpening artifacts around the right edge of the flower, but if you can tame those two things, I think you'll have a real keeper.
