It looks like they are run by the "International Library of Photography," the same people who run picture.com and poetry.com, both of which are considered by many to be rather sketchy "contest" sites.
Personally, I'd steer clear.

| Thanks...Did that picture.com, and you know they liked my shot so much they wanted me to buy the book......lol. This site and fredmiranda are the two best I've found in the last couple of years.....Thanks again.....Joe |

ace flyman - yeah, me too, at a discounted rate of only $79.99!! LOL! I sent one in from my husband's email address and he was offered the SAME THING! Go figure!
