They are both very good technically, nice and sharp, colours seem ok,I see the first one as too central and unbalanced,a little bottom heavy, maybe landscape mode and get him to one side ( thirds :)) and it may look more pleasing.2nd one is an excellent long exposure, again maybe a different angle could enhance a little more.
