When you post your link, click on the 4th little button with the picture of the world (insert hyperlink). Then paste it in there. After you enter you can choose to add text to represent link or enter again to leave it as is.

Jodi,
Here is an example of what I described in my PM. Please excuse the blurry old photo. It's just something that I had already stored in big and small.

Steps
Copy image location of thumbnail sized pic from your server.
In the post select third button (insert image) and paste image location (max 120 pixels is a good size).
After that is there, hit return a couple of times.
Copy image location of full sized image (max 640 pixels is a good size).
Hit the hyperlink button, paste image location and then type whatever you want link to say.
When you hit the "preview" before posting the thumbnail should appear as a non-clickable image and the hyperlink should work.
