I knew what I was doing. I knew this kid is superb. Note how wise I was in making my choice by placing a better weapon in his hands. So graphicfunk KNOWS!
It does not bother me that Joey is burning up the place. I am from the old school which acknowledges talent and know when to get out of the way while this meteor passes me by. He is that good and he is just getting started and he is no doubt the hottest talent in DPC.
I join with all, that are not too deep in themselves, in wishing Joey all that his talent can absorb. I love art and Joey is an artist.

I only have 11 favorites. :(
Although admittedly, 8 of those are counted from my current "corner" submission and my greeting cards submission, so I guess maybe I'm becoming a little better.
Maybe switching to Nikon does make you a better photographer. ;-)

I know you did and I for one am very appreciative of what you did for this young man.
I too agree he is a talented artist and am enjoying seeing him flourish.

OOOOH to be young again, just for 1 day, to have those ideas flowing like pure diamond clear waters, to totally understand everything about ones actions to foresee the result before the event, to have hair, no wrinkles, talent beyound mere skill. and to top it all off he's a handsome devil as well.
Im a back seat watcher really but I have also noticed the rising of this sun to light the world of art. Im a musician for 30 years now and write songs etc etc so I understand real artistic energy and this young man has sooooo much of it it's scarey.
I always get very touched by the accomplishments of the young especially in the field of art/music because this is where i have decided to dedicate my life.
