Hi.

I just purchased a 70-200 f/2.8L from somebody on fredmiranda a few days ago. I'm in Canada. Seller is in the USA. I asked for it to be shipped USPS Global Express Mail which means I'll pay taxes once it gets here. Here's my problem:

The seller thought he would be kind and mark the lens as "repaired lens" to save me from paying the taxes. The problem is, I like paying taxes...so I'm wondering what happens now? Do I just make sure to claim this when I do my taxes next spring? Also, can I get in crap for this if the lens is lost or if they figure out he lied?

Thanks.
