My Girl-friend runs a not for profit that is trying to get funding. She and her service dog, Squiggly, work with children that have been victims of crimes. Mainly those who have been sexually assaulted. It's a great program, but we are have some problem getting funding and grants. She hasn't got a pay check in 3 months. Anyway, I took some photos of her and Squiggly for newsletters and web page.

I would really like some comments before I give these to her.

Thank you

I just read your post. I like the first one also. I think it's good to show both her & the dog together. Also, it gives a warm feeling, compared to the 3rd pic - which is an effect that you want especially when working to get donations. I say go with the first, regardless of the background being sharper, they still stand out in a heartwarming sort of way :).

Thank you, very much for the comments. Every one seem to like the 1st so, thats going to be the one.

First one gets my vote as well. I prefer the angle, and it looks more natural than the third one.

edit: The way the dog is sitting in the third one looks a bit.... odd! :)

hankk left me a comment that said to use a white poster board. I have seen people do this before and never really understood. So forgive me if this sound stupid, but I would put the white board in her shadow?

hankk, i PM you the same Q.

Lol, i was wondering if anyone would see that. She has hip problems, and she refuses to lay down any other way.
