I desperately need help. I am looking for some program that I could purchase/download that would enable me to monitor my bandwidth usage. I need something other than what my ISP is providing, since theirs gives me only a general overall picture and does not break it down on daily usage.

I used to have unlimited access, but now the ISP is limiting me to the amount specified on my contract, namely 10 gigs up and down, and it would seem I have almost doubled this since they have been keeping records.

Having said this, I need something that the most computer illiterate (ME) can understand.

Any and all help in this regard would be appreciated.
