I have a big favor to ask. Every time a new PS comes out I buy the new Scott Kelby book. This time I don't want to have to buy it again... I heard on Amazon there isn't much difference. The one thing I would like to know is what settings this guy is using for SMART SHARPEN. Does anyone have this book? If so, would you please post the settings that he suggests for subtle sharpen, normal, and maximum?
Thanks,
Eric |

If this book (link) is close enough, a quick skimming gave me: leave the radius at 1 (maybe 2 if really blurry), set the 'remove' to the type of blur to be removed, make sure 'more accurate' is selected (unless times is a constraint) and adjust the amount to suite.

wow cool video, too bad I don't have cs2, because I learned a lot lol. I guess that's why Scott's a book-writer and not a tv announcer haha.

I've been avoiding upgrading to CS2 just because I spend so much money on upgrades all the time. That video alone just made me rethink my strategy. Perhaps I'll upgrade afterall. Thanks! |
