Can you rotate a few degrees and then recrop to the correct size? I wanted to post a comment on a photo I just viewed that was slightly off level and didn't know if this was allowed.

Have I exceeded my limit of dumb questions?

Yes, rotation is allowed.

No limit on "dumb" questions!

ou can also accomplish both steps at the same time (in Photoshop anyway) by dragging out the cropping marquee, and positioning the cursor outside of one of the corner handles. The cursor should changed to a curved two-headed arrow--click and drag to rotate the image around the center point marked.
