My computer is telling me i can't perform something in CS2, telling me my start up disk's are full...!!!!!!! how do i clear them??.. it's very annoying... i have an apple powerbook...

Perhaps the same as what Windows version of Photoshop calls scratch discs.
Secondary drives where the temp files do all their work. OD you have a second drive or partion set up for PS to use?
I bet you are editing a rather large file for a print and have been using PS for a while. If you are trying to save for web, perhaps save, or save as may hang on to the file (btdt) and reboot to flush the memory & drive space allocation. Virtual memory large enough?

yep tryed that too.. closed everything bar the cs2.. still did it.. although it did give me a bit more time..lol... |

WOOOOOW....
o.k doesn't matter if im working on a large file or small... still does it
not sure what a second drive or partion set up is.? so no i mustn't have one
so you thnik if i reboot and start up it should work?... i did do that last night, and it did last a little bit longer, but this morning it has started again.. will reboot now...

I use devote a 2nd harddrive now has a scratch disk on my older computer and it has help including upgrading RAM and running decently. |
