I will be in Boulder, Utah next week and was wondering if anyone could suggest some places that I should not miss to photograph.
I will also be in Park City, UT Wednesday and 1/2 of Thursday then driving to Boulder, UT and will be there through Sunday.

I'm originally from Utah but you stumped me on Boulder Utah. Is that the big big rock up on the side of the mountain? Which one or where in the heck is Boulder Utah
Now Park City should be getting pretty in parts with fall leaves starting to change colors. Of course when in SLC the Mormon Temple Square has some of the best photo ops in town with the building, fountains and flowers. Above Hoggle Zoo on the east bench is a great historic park that has many old pioneer and historical building. The University of utah is right there at the same area. A short drive up Little Cottonwood Canyon on the east side of the valley at about 9000 South is well worth a trip. Up there is Alta and Snowbird resorts and with a short walk a couple of pretty mountain lakes.
Have fun and enjoy the mountains.

The aspen trees in Park City should be beautiful right now. Definitely be sure to take some pictures of those. I've only been up to Park City for skiing in the winter, but I'm sure it will be beautiful now as well. Deer Valley is very picturesque if you can get over there and hike around. Downtown Park City is also a cool little town that should offer up some nice photo opportunities.

According to Google, Boulder is pretty close to Zion National Park which is really cool. It's got a big slot canyon that's a really fun hike (90 degree walls that are 10 feet apart, such that you're wading in the river half the time):
I haven't been to Park City recently, but when I was young we went skiing at Deer Valley a couple times and I remember it being very picturesque.
Edit: Actually now that I look at the map again, I think I'm a bit more zoomed out than I thought I was, so it's maybe not super close to Zion, but definately within driving distance. It appears to be about the same distance to Moab which is right between two other awesome national parks...

Sorry, I did not provide more information. I am staying at Boulder Mountain Lodge. According to their website, they provide a good home base for those exploring Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Capitol Reef National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park. I am going there for my sister's wedding and have not been to that part of Utah. (I was last in SLC in December.)
My time is going to be occupied with the wedding and so I wanted to maximize any opportunities to shoot. I thought that maybe someone had been to this area of Utah.

Sorry, I did not provide more information. I am staying at Boulder Mountain Lodge. According to their website, they provide a good home base for those exploring Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Capitol Reef National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park. I am going there for my sister's wedding and have not been to that part of Utah. (I was last in SLC in December.)

You are indeed ina beautiful part of the country for photo ops. I went to Dixie College in St George Ut for a short time many years ago. Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Zions's and a lot of other great places. Try to plan the views of things like Bryce Canyon when the sun is just right, the colors are magnificent. I spent a few hours myself in Capital Reef in July when my son got married at Lake Powel. Have fun and enjoy the wedding and scenes of southern Utah.

Boulder is OK, but if you have time go down to Escalate. The views on the drive down are worth the trip. Also stop by Lower Calf Creek Falls for a small hike. It's about a 50 min drive or so. Also Bryce NP is about 2 hours away. I've been down there many times and if you need any more info let me know.

The Waterfalls in the Wasatch Mtns, are beautiful too. If you have any please post em.

Don't have any waterfall pictures handy, but maybe this will do.
Last October around Moab. My wife and I are going down next weekend hoping to see some fall colors.

Beautiful images. I live in Utah but I've never been to Boulder. Any more shots? I'd love to see them if you've got any more processed.
