Will a Wireless Mouse interfere with a Wireless G Router (or vica-versa)?
Or are we talking apples and oranges?

I have no problems using both.
I don't know the specs on the wireless mouse but I suspect two things: 1) completely different frequency, and 2) very low power.

Just be sure you have a known good router on hand just in case anything goes awry!

Might mess with your remote control car as most mice are in the 27 Mhz range definately no where near the 2.4 Ghz range.
