If I use teleconverter I can come closer to my subject but I will definitely lose quality and intensity(depth) of the picture ΓΆ€“ is it true? if yes may i see any example of it?

will tamron teleconverter can be synchronized with sigma lens?

Thank you all :o)

Tamron makes two TCs the cheaper one (Non SP) will definately not perform as well as the SP version.

Tamron SP x1.4 TC and Kenko Teleplus Pro 300 x1.4 are the same TC. I have the Kenko x1.4 and it reads all my lenses (Auto Focuses, Meters and records EXIF properly) great. I don't have any Sigma lens but my Canon and Tamrons are fine.

100% (no touch) Crop 70-200mm 4L attached to Kenko Teleplus Pro 300 x1.4, Handheld, afternoon light. The loss of detail on this one is probably more my photograhic skillz (or lack of) than the TC itself.

All true. You will get closer, you will loose light, therefore you will loose quality.Well worth the tradeoff if you need the length, and who dosen't?
