Woohoo! Finally got my Canon 5D camera, and took it for a quick spin.

How did you pull that off? I thought the 5D wasn't being released until October?

This is the real thing, and not the pre-production camera I tested for Canon. I got it from the shop today.
A lot of visitors ;-) Should be up now though!

Looks like the 5D is hitting stores in the UK as well as in Singapore. No sign of any production units in the US so far though :-(

Terje, thanks so much for putting up the samples, and for using a sharp prime ;-)
I like what I'm seeing, so far. I'll poke more later. Congrats, BTW, on being the first, AFAIK, to post samples from a production 5D! I am very very jealous!
