Hello, I am running MAC OSX Tiger and photoshop CS, after hours of hard work I save to web and loose a lot of colour and details when i do this. Is it just a setting or something worse?
My camera is set to RGB3(adobe)
My Mac is set to the same.
Please help me out here I would greatly appreciate it thank you.

The web and the browsers that navigate it are not color managed and knows nothing about color spaces other than sRGB. So ... to keep your image as close as possible always convert to sRGB before saving for the web.

To add to the above, when you're editing in Adobe RGB, check "proof colors" and select sRGB as the space to proof. You will see how the photo will look when converted to the sRGB space. You can also check for out of gamut colors, which is useful since Adobe RGB is a larger space than sRGB. Checking for out-of-gamut will tell you what colors will shift during conversion.
Prior to saving for web, convert it to the sRGB space. When you save for web, the color space info is stripped out, so if it's not already in sRGB it will be displayed wrong after saving for web.
