It seems like every second photo in the conspiracy challenge is whining about the voting system.
I'm trying my best to vote fairly (as it does fit the challenge), but I'm beginnig to understand why there are so many angry voters giving everyone low scores in this challenge.
I spent lot of effort and used up most of my monthly imagination quota on this challenge so I'm a little annoyed that so many people did the same damned thing.
Then again my destination entry involves a tombstone (originally going to be church with the tile "choose your destination" but it was raining and the tombstones were closer) so I'm in no position to bitch. |

| I think many people are just poking fun at some of the stuff that has been going on in the forums lately, I'm not taking them all seriosly! |

Could be related to this (wording of challenge description)...
Right wing, left wing, any-which-way-wing; let's do the conspiracy thing with images instead of words, and give the poor forums a break!
...and a couple of forum threads talking (whining if you prefer) about voting, anonymity, cheating, etc...

zarn, should you really have mentioned that part about what your destination photo includes? I can't vote on those anyway but most try and keep it a secret. Maybe it doesn't tell enough to disclose you.

Nah, I don't think it does (tell enough to make him identifiable)....there are a few cemetary shots "Final Destinations".
I feel the same way about the conspiracy "theme" in the contest. Either they are being paranoid, telling on themselves or giving people ideas. I hope it is the first and not the other 2. This is for fun people! Yeah, I imagine it's nice to win but how fair is the win if you advocate manipulation of the scores?
Here is the one I didn't use:
Note the sign outside the church. I was thinking Sunday Destination but the sign made me think otherwise. Welcome to the Bible Belt!

I shot this for fun and like you, I didn't care about my scores. I tried to recreate it but since I was more conscious about the shot than anything, the expression on my face differed greatly. Here's the image.

i've almost (refrained though) PM'ed a couple of commenters on my conspiracy challenge photo
they found my image disturbing ...
golly .. don't that mean it WORKED ;)
or they are to wraped around the (thier "mis"interpretation of the ) message to worry about the photography ...
bah .. put my curmudgeon hat back on ...
