I can't help but tweek till the last minute then be LATE! Arg, this was my "entry" though.... let me know, any comments are HELPFUL. :)

Apparently the commenter gets it but I must be out of the loop on something...help me out here.
As is, I would have likely scored it a 5...but like I said, I'm confused. |

It's a play on the "Do not remove under penalty of law" tags on mattresses, pillows and the like. I assume she's lampooning the demonization of illegal Hispanic immigrants as well, witht he jail-like setting and the (mispelled) "Federales" in the title; that's what Mexicans call their national law enforcement officers.
Amusing shot, Calamity. It doesn't bowl me over but it's a good job :-)

I am so glad someone else got "it". I wondered if my dad just told me wild stories or whether they were urban myths for everyone. :)
