So. I'm trying to get rid of my 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 bottle end tube and the Hasselblad film back i accidently bought ( //cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7546634120 )
I have found, that i rarely go wider than 24-28mm, but end up needing just a bit higher than the 55mm. Does anyone have any ideas about this lens? The price is tempting and the people at fredmiranda.com seem to like it ( //www.fredmiranda.com/reviews/showproduct.php?product=98&sort=7&cat=37&page=1 ). Oh, and all the focal lengths are by full frame standards.

Get yourself the Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 if it is an option. This is a magnificent lens for the money. It is SO sharp. I understand that it seems a bit pricey but you will not get bored of the quality it can produce.

Yeah, i considered that one, but my current money situation doesn't allow it. I just need a normal walk-around lens after i sell the kit tube. Can't stand the horrible quality anymore. I must have gotten a bad copy, because the lower left corner is mush with all apertures.
EDIT: Oh, and i definately need the somewhat small size.
