I keep seeing comments that people are unhappy they don't get comments from those who give their images a 1, 2, or 3.

That certainly is not my priority.

When I get 3 votes of 1 and 90 votes of 5 I am much more interested in what those who gave me the 5 think. They are in the mainstream. The 1's are on the fringe. If I please them I gain a few points on my average. If I please the 5's I get a lot more points just because there are may more of them.
