I would like to suggest a permanent forum whereby users of this web site can relate problems that they have experienced with their cameras and equipment and the problems they may have had with the sellers of same, as well as experiences getting warranty help etc.
For Instance: An associate and myself each purchased a Casio Z750 at the same time. 3 weeks after the purchase, her camera mal-functioned (Lens Error). Six weeks after she sent hers in for repairs, she has still not gotten it back and my camera is exhibiting the same malfunction. The company will not honor the terms of the warranty and getting a customer rep to the phone is impossible.
It would be helpful to have this type of information exchange to make informed purchases and to benefit from others' misfortunes.

I would suggest using Resellerratings.com. They already have a tremendous database built up with at least five years of reviews and draw from a much larger audience than DPC.
