Ok, so next question...where to buy it? Here is only $900, but doesn't include the lense. Here is $1,000 and includes the lense. Why does the first site have the REBEL logo red on the camera, but the second site it's white?!

If you can wait it out Dell usually runs good deals. I got mine from Dell for $790 with the kit lens and that was including shipping. Got it in like four days. Make sure you get the right battery grip though like I posted above.

Black, without a doubt, just because it looks better.

Sliver, and then added the purple stripes for that custom look. I thought of going with black and adding the purple ghost flames, but I thought that might be too flashy. |

Speaking of Dell, they are running a good deal on computer memory right noe. Just picked up 512 MB for 20% off and free shipping.
Finally got sick of trying to run RSE, PS7 and NI at the same time on only 256 MB. Next up... a nice 160GB harddrive!
Make sure you start saving because getting an XT turns out to be MUCH more expensive than anything that you could have imagined! |

Lenses......lenses......and more lenses......I just bought one from bear_music. It goes for around $350 brand new.
Here is a 70-200mm lense:

OK, well getting the camera is just the start. Over the past 3 months these are the things I "had" to buy:
1) Camera with kit
2) Memory Card
3) Polarizer
4) Camera Bag
5) Tripod
6) Sensor cleaner
7) 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens
8) Bigger camera bag to hold my growing collection of equipment
9) 50mm 1.8
10) Extra battery
11) 420ex flash
12) Extra batteries for flash
13) Battery charger for flash
14) Diffuser for flash
15) Monopod for hiking days
16) Extra Computer memory to run PS7
17) NeatImage
18) Books to learn PS7
19) DPC membership
20) UV filter
21) ND filter
22) Canon Pixma printer
23) Photo Paper
And I'm sure that there are more things I bought too.
And keep in mind there is still lots more that I "need" to buy!
(70-200 f/4L, 17-40 f/4L, battery grip...) :)
ps. Worth every penny too! :)
pps. Eventually I will hopefully learn how to use all this stuff and take some good pictures! ;)

Found a pic (of the 300D anyway)... doesn't look too good:
