Most of my comments on my Branch entry were related to cropping the people out of the shot. I really like the vertical aspect of the shot as well as the lower falls. How would you have cropped this shot?
Thanks.

The shot works well with the people in the shot. The falls lead your eyes toward the bottom and to the people. Cloning out the person on the bottom right may give a better feeling to the composition. |

Perhaps, but my cloning skills are lacking. Plus, this was an open challenge, cloning not allowed. |

The image works fine if you crop from the right to exclude the lower-right person. That's an improvement. Unfortunately there's not enough foreground in here for me: I wish it were LESS cropped in the foreground... I realize that may be all you had, so it's probably a framing issue, not a cropping one.

I aggree , you can only work with what you have and yes with basic editing the focus, pun kinda, is on the framing of the actual shot. I think you did what you could with this shot. I like it. |
