First a big thanks to all the people who helped on my questions, part one.

Next, the reason I was so worried about it is because I got slammed by a "friend" who passed me a bad check for a photo job (it's currently unprosecutable due to foolishness on my part when I accepted it). Ah, who needed that $250 anyway?

Finally, the solution I opted to go with was just putting a big copyright notice across the photo. The customer only needed to see the color and light balance on these (and to check for chin zits and such - it was an actress's head shot). I'd alread gotten her LR copies at the initial shoot. I also took the liberty of putting Digimarc info on the pic.

Again thanks, and as an aside I think from this point on all sales are via cash or PayPal.
