The bright reflection in the eye bothers me a little. What can I do to tone it down a bit, or does it work the way it is?

The catchlight is key in images like this. I would possibly dodge the color so the catchlight isn't so distracting. It has potential

personally...i like it like it is.........it gives the eye some character.....
