...and was exactly what I did yesterday. Shame that I happened to have my camera with me, and took a less direct route to the grocery store, and by accident stopped by the local skate park. (OK, so it's only about 1/2 from the store)
Most have very little post-processing done and are not cropped.
Pretty impressed with the 350D, and the kit lens:
OK, I did take a few flowers and kitty pics, and even some muffins I baked, but didn't want anyone throwing any rocks at me (just yet).

Why didn't you save some of these for the perspective challenge? |

Cool pics...
I keep in thinking that I should visit the big skate park in Christchurch (The big smoke nearby) and try it out.
I'll have blueberry thanks...

I will be nice and give everyone my baked salmon recipe.
Put the salmon filets in a baking dish like in brad's pic ( flesh side up).
Brush them with olive oil, lightly salt them with sea salt.
Now for the topping, add a generous layer of each of:
chopped fresh tomato
artichoke hearts
chopped canned black olives
roasted red peppers
capers
HUGE amount of crumbled Feta cheese
drizzle with olive oil
Put in oven to bake. When the fish is almost done, switch on the broiler and melt / brown the Feta and serve.
