Please critique my website:
SF Photography
And if someone can tell me why the arrows are not showing up in the pull down menu for photography, I would appreciate it. the mm_menu.js link is correct and the image is in the correct directory. And no, the image is not corrupt.
Thanks :)
Stephanie

Stephanie, your website is very good. The opening screen is very well laid out and loads farely quickly. The only thing I would do is add a some verbage about clicking the logo to enter your site. This way people know that there is more to the site.
Once in the site, the layout again is very nice and farely quick. The drop down menu works nicely as well. All in all very well done and eye appeasing.

Looks good.. except that horrible Javascript menu. I truly hate that kind of navigation solutions (yes that includes even DPC). But well, it works, so maybe it's ok. But remember, only as long as it really works. With all browsers and so.
That big blue flower on the left is somehow too strong. It just doesn't fit in. Maybe something along the (excellent) colours you've used on top. You also could try if it the layout worked without that white rectangle around the 'content area'. Can't say for sure.
Overall it's a nice site for fine photograps. Keep it up. :)
Edit: oh, JeremyFleury reminded me; the opening screen is very good. Like your typography a lot.

Nice looking site, but I find that the image on the left (peer with sun) is very grey adn lacks contrast. It has a washed-out feeling. Apart from that, I like the site.

That's funny, I looked at the website as a computer programmer and the other two looked at it in the line of photography. Maybe that's why my photo's don't do as well. Oh well.

That's interesting, 'cause most people tell me what an amazing photo it is. It's very high contrast on all of the monitors I've seen it on.

I don't know. It looks grey comapred to the other one. I'm sure it looks better in larger format.
