I'm going to Brighton on Sunday for the Scooter Rally, that's motor scooters like Vespa, Lambretta??
Anyone suggest a good all round lens I can use from my kit.
Sigma 28-135
Sigma 70-300
Sigma 28-70
Any help would be appreciated.

How close will you be to the action? If up close I would suggest the 28-135 to give the most options. 28 might not even be wide enough.

Not too sure, I will getting shots of them on the road and then later on the seafront when they will be static.
The 28-135 seems the best to me, but not sure yet.

My god, everything comes around again! I remember the 60's meetings at Brighton as the Mods paraded their scooters and the Rockers beat them up!

Why don't you take all lenses with you?
Only at the location, by pre-composing your shots (guessing where the action will be and how to fill your frame) and metering how the light is in relation to the shutterspeed you want, can you determine what lens to use.
