And I thought I was hot sh*t getting a UV filter & Polarizer....
Now you went and burst my bubble - no wait - it's "only" the f4.0 !

woohoo! you're going to love that lens... it's an awesome addition to us Canon freaks!
I just took some photos with it this weekend and i fell in love all over again. there's someone though that's kinda knocking on my door.. she has slim dimensions of 10-22mm :P |

LOL
If my needs ever change and I make some more $$ then I will upgrade to the F2.8 L but at this point I did not see a use for it.
One of the other nice gifts was a new pro camera bag to hold all this gear. Not a high dollar Pro bag but it sure is nice! I love the slide out filter holders.
Adorama - Tamrac Pro 12
Edit: I was having trouble with the images loading when I went to the link to Adorama so I added the link from B&H. This image does not show the slide out filter sleeves on the front sides of the bag.
For me and my bad neck, the shoulder back is much easier to carry. I tried using a LowePro backpack and I could not handle it.

The Circular Polarize filter for it was a given also, but then a Sandisk Extreme III 1gb Compact Flash Card is also nice :)

Great catch, I just bought one just like that a couple weeks ago. It sure is hard to take it off and put a shorter and lighter lens on ... just too fun.

Thanks guys :)
I just wished I would have had more time to try it out after I got home with it. I did get to try it for a few shots in RAW with the SanDisk Extreme III 1gb CF and it seemed real sweet. I will hopefully find out more tomorrow :)
