When printing my photos, (or anything else for that matter), in PS7, it is printing a cream - yellowish background on everything! It is ruining everything I print. I tried changing color profiles, then disabling PS color management, but NOTHING works! Please help if you can.
Running Win2K/HP 1220c deskjet printer

Thanks!

It could be the print cartridge(s). If you print out of something else, say Paint on Windows, does it do the same thing?
I tried the refill on your own thing ONE TIME, and got just a miniscule drop of red in with the yellow....orange cast to it.
Another thing it could be. Are you starting these pics (opening them/importing them) by selecting a New document? because it could then be from a background/foreground color being set when you open a New document. best to set that to transparent and white will be white (or the color of the paper anyway).
Worth a look, anyway.

Nope, definitely not the cartridges. PS Elements prints fine as does Print Shop. Just PS 7 is giving me this problem.

I know there must be some of you who work with PS at work - what might affect color issues like this??

In ps 7 try..... choose file = click "print with preview" click "Show More Options" choose "Color Management" and under "Print Space" and "Profile" choose "Same As Source". This worked for me.
