A TV show is filming in the town were I work, I wanted to go and take pictures. Do I need to get a model release from anyone I take a picture of? How does model release work with famous people?

If you plan on selling the images for anything other then editorial use you will need a model release. There is no law to define who is and who is not famous. Take it from there.
