Horrible rodeo lighting, but went out to practice for tonight. I'll be hanging my strobes for tonight plus, the arena is gettin glit for TV today. SO the light should be much better.

It's amzing that a 1200lb. animal could to a hand stand

Ask me after tonight. Shooting a rodeo for fun and hoping to get a great shot is different than getting paid and HAVING to get a great shot. I always get a little (okay alot) stressed before a big shoot. :(

Could it be that since his B**** are being squeezed he is simply trying to find a way to release the pressure....

Great shot by the way... you did a superb job.

So I was just told that I can't shoot PBR. I spent all day setting up lights, which sucked. The promoter that hired me would get sued if I shot the event. Oh and PBR owns the copyright to any photo, video, etc. of their rodeo.

Solid work Brent.

Both are poster shots for sure. I like the 1st better only because the bullrider is not wearing a hockey helmet. For some reason, a person who chooses to climb on top of a 1200 pound bull and ride it while its jewels are cinched tight, needs to wear the proper head dress which IMO is a cowboy hat.

Again great poster. I can see it on a pack of Bull Durham or Skoal.

Solid solid work.

That's a bummer. Do you retain copyright of the 2 posted here? The 1st one is top shelf promo material.

I have been around this sport and the industry through my life. They do not squeeze their BALLS!
Its a flank rope and it is akin to when you were getting those big ol' freakin wedgies back in hight schoo. YOU WANT IT OUTTA THERE!! :)

Sorry about the PBR. You have a couple of great pictures there. Is there any way to set the WB before shooting? I doubt they'd let you out on the ground to adjust it, but you never know.

The coloring you have actually gives it a nice gritty feel too.

I used daylight WB on purpose to give it that feel. :D
