Just wanted to share some photo's i took juring my "flying lesson" over Ottawa a couple days ago in a Cesna Skyhawk II. My uncle took me up, taught me the basics then we did a touch and go at Rock Cliff airport (next to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police headquarters and traininhg ground) flew back over the ottawa river past parliment, through Hull Quebec, over Kanata (part of ottawa), then landed in Carp which is a small town about an hour from ottawa~! The whole trip took about 2 hours. it was so much fun learning how to fly and i thought i'd share some Parliment Building Photo's with you... before you comment, yes it is rediculus how close we got, but the photo's were taken with zoom =) still!

NOT AT ALL! i'm getting depressed, i have about 950 images on 3 compact flash cards, and can't fix anything! the quality of the image isn't the best because of the plane window, but anyone is welcome to try!

I'm a pilot and they say ... "Time spent in the air is not deducted from your normal life span." Learning to fly may be the most fun thing you can do sitting down ... or maybe the second most ?!!? Hope you enjoy the experience.
